Terms & Conditions of entry — "Win a Year of Free Crafting" Prize Draw

Promoter This promotion ("the Prize Draw") is run by RMG Creative Ltd, trading as The Createhood, of 2-3 Sheep Street, Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire CV36 4AF ("the Promoter", "we", "us").

How to Enter

2.1. No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw. 2.2. To enter, complete the entry form at [URL] between "the opening date" 17th September 2026 and "the closing date" 31st December 2026 at 23:59. 2.3. Entry is via the online form only. No other method of entry (e.g. by post, email, or social media comment) will be accepted, unless otherwise stated. 2.4. Only one entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be void, and we reserve the right to disqualify any entrant we reasonably believe has submitted more than one entry. 2.5. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted. 2.6. By entering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements below.

Eligibility

3.1. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry. 3.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. 3.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements at any stage.

The Prize

4.1. There is one prize: free entry to One Big Make online sessions for 12 consecutive months, running January to December 2027 inclusive ("the Prize"). 4.2. The Prize has an approximate value of £60, based on the standard monthly session price of £5 at the time of this promotion. 4.3. The Prize is as described and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, under any circumstances. 4.4. If a scheduled One Big Make session within the prize period is cancelled, postponed, or changed by the Promoter for any reason, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to offer the winner an alternative session or date, but is not obliged to extend the prize period or provide additional compensation. 4.5. The winner is responsible for having their own materials at home for each session, as per the normal format of One Big Make. Materials are not included as part of the Prize. 4.6. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.

Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date, using a random number generator, on or shortly after 1st January 2027. 5.2. The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry, within 7 days of the draw.

5.3. The winner must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from that entrant and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries. 5.4. The Promoter's decision as to the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 5.5. The winner's first name and county may be published on the Promoter's website and/or social media channels to confirm the result of the Prize Draw. No further personal details will be published without the winner's consent.

Data Protection

6.1. Personal data collected as part of this Prize Draw (name and email address) will be used solely for the purposes of administering the draw, contacting entrants about the outcome, and delivering the Prize to the winner. 6.2. Entering the Prize Draw does not automatically opt you in to marketing emails or newsletters from The Createhood. If you would like to receive ongoing updates, you will be asked to opt in separately. 6.3. Entrants' data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at www.createhood.co.uk/privacy-policy, and in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. 6.4. Entry data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

General

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend, or withdraw the Prize Draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control, without liability to entrants. 7.2. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues, including but not limited to internet or website errors. 7.3. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta, or any other business or organisation. Any questions or comments about the promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not the platform. 7.4. This Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 7.5.
